Dinner Booking Form

There are two dinner choices with a choice of two first courses. First course is either a New England Clam Chowder or a Caesar Salad with Home-made Croutons and the second course is Beef Sirloin Tips & Portabella Mushrooms in a Bourbon Glaze or Chicken Francaise with Lemon White Wine. There are a choice of three deserts: pick one! Passed hors d'ouvres will be served along with assorted cheese and breads. Sales tax and gratuity is included in the price. Bar and drinks are not included in the price.
